Legal notice

Terms of use for this website and details of who operates it.

1. Who runs this site

This website is operated by the owner of assettocorsaevo.es, in accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

Any communication about this site — complaints, data rights requests or general questions — can be sent to the address above. We reply within 30 calendar days at the latest, and sooner for withdrawals and refunds.

2. Purpose

This site publishes informative content about circuits and driving technique, provides subscription access to racing servers we operate, hosts a directory where registered users list their own servers, leagues and events, and runs a shop selling our own products.

3. What this site is and what it is not

assettocorsaevo.es is made by sim racing enthusiasts. We're drivers who enjoy building a community: we organise races, write guides and keep servers running so people have somewhere to race with clear rules.

Put as plainly as possible: we are the game's community, we are not the game.

Specifically, so there is no room for interpretation:

4. Trade marks and third-party material

"Assetto Corsa", "Assetto Corsa EVO", "Kunos Simulazioni", "505 Games" and any other trade marks, trade names and logos that may appear on this site belong to their respective owners. This site claims no rights over them.

They are referred to under the referential or nominative use recognised in article 37 of Spanish Trade Mark Act 17/2001 and article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark: that is, solely to identify which video game this community is about, because there is no other reasonable way to say it. They are not used to suggest commercial origin, sponsorship or any connection.

The screenshots illustrating this site were taken by community members during their own gameplay and are shown for information, criticism and review purposes, under the right of quotation in article 32 of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act. Rights over the works depicted belong to their owners.

The text, guides, analysis, design and original graphics of this site are the community's own work and belong to its owner.

5. Takedown requests from rights holders

We respect other people's intellectual and industrial property, and we don't want this site to cause any harm to the rights holders of the game.

If you hold a right — or represent someone who does — and believe any content on assettocorsaevo.es infringes it, or that any element of this site could cause confusion about a supposed connection with your brand, write to contacto@assettocorsaevo.es identifying the specific content and the right concerned.

We undertake to:

This undertaking is voluntary and requires no prior court order. We would rather fix any problem immediately than argue about it.

6. Terms of use

Access to this site is free, except for sections requiring registration or a subscription. You agree to make proper use of the content and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities harmful to third-party rights, or activities that could damage, disable or overload the site.

We may suspend or close the account of any user who breaches these terms, posts unlawful content, or deliberately spoils the experience of other participants on the servers.

7. User accounts

8. Content posted by users

The community directory lets registered users post listings for third-party servers, leagues and events, including external links. Regarding that content:

9. Links to external sites

This site contains links to third-party pages over which we exercise no control. We accept no responsibility for their content, policies or practices.

10. Our own content

Text, design and original graphics on this site belong to its owner. Game screenshots are shown for informative purposes and rights over the game depicted belong to their owners.

11. Advertising

This site may display third-party advertising, including the Google AdSense network. The data processing involved is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts determined under applicable legislation; for consumers, those of their place of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
